I saw a report saying they're not allowed to make any purchases or sales so the club can't buy away tickets to sell on to their fans either. Not sure if that's true or not. If so it would presumably extend to any merchandise and possibly even hot dogs in the stadium?

Just reading that a Special Licence has been granted to allow CFC to fulfil their fixtures BUT:
limit of £20k travel expenses for away games
limit of £500,000 to stage home games

It doesn't extend to allowing them to open the Merch stands.

Apparently Catering is allowed.
No sales of Merchandise, so Club shop is shut.
I'm guessing no Away fans either at Chelsea or for traveling Chelsea fans?
Are they still in any Cup competitions?
