England could win, is all I would say, the lack of chances and goals I find alarming, the fact they haven't let one in, amazing. If Germany score first, we're in trouble because, what looks like their game plan falls apart, i.e. manage the game, have a few periods of pressure, nick a goal, will go out of the window.
Germany to win is what I think.

Haven’t seen that description but I guess if his heart stopped and he received cpr as reported, he was ‘dead’ until they got his heart pumping again.
