Occasionally I get a question from a Fitbit user, and it can be handy to direct them to a group of users who might be better placed to answer a question. In this case, I've got a user who (maybe) has the watch set up without GPS enabled - hence the training entries that she's trying to import are coming across with no useful detail. At this point, I'm not sure what model of Fitbit it is... but I thought at least if there's a pool of Fitbit users watching this thread, we might collectively be able to help. Ta.
Funky Chicken Oct 2020 1:13pm, 26 Oct 2020 427 posts	0 Funky Chicken I've just switched from Fitbit to Garmin, but do recall that unless you run with your phone, with the app turned on and bluetooth and location services enabled, it won't map the route. Could that be the issue?

fetcheveryone Feb 2023 11:48am, 21 Feb 2023 28,759 posts	0 fetcheveryone Hello Fitbit users, There seems to be an intermittent problem at the Fitbit end of our importer. Normally when you visit this page, you'll see a list of activities: fetcheveryone.com/fitbit.php but it seems that some users are seeing an empty list. When that page loads, Fetch makes a request to Fitbit to retrieve your recent training data. For some users, the Fitbit server is timing out, and not returning anything useful. I've reported it on the Fitbit Developer forum, so I'll hopefully get them to get to the bottom of it soon: community.fitbit.com I'll post again here with any updates.
