So, who fancies a swim across the Severn estuary?

Donโt now whether to laugh or cry. Groundhog has hoovered up over 500 points from my old home circle. Probably for the best and my score has smashed through 16000 ๐

There must still be about 500 points if you go on the Blackwater Valley Path

I cycled across the estuary last weekend, was lovely! Don't fancy swimming it though! ๐

@Shortcut Cam He's probably done you a favour:
Although your strategy was good, you'd overwatered quite a few of those flowers, they'd reached 20 points before 4 weeks (and so wouldn't have lasted to 6 weeks when you could 'harvest' them for that value). This way, you get the full value of them and can start planting/watering again.

Oranj - how long do they last after reaching 4 weeks? And what happens then - do they just vanish after a certain period of time? I want to have to get on my bike to have a stab at getting the 25,000 badge, but not sure I understand the points awarded for flowers/watering. Is there a summary that I could pin?

The general point about having been done a favour is probably right Oranj but it looks like your understanding of how the flowers 'work' differs from mine.
I thought that each flower lived for four weeks without being watered - up to a maximum of six weeks. So to pick up on Snail's question - my understanding is that a flower will die without being harvested (disappear basically - yes) if it is not watered within four weeks of planting or last watering. Conversely, so long as they are watered at least once between two and four weeks after planting, they will live long enough to be harvested six weeks after planting.
Overwatering only occurs if they reach max value of 20 within two weeks of planting - meaning they can't survive for the full six week period.
It's possible that all that changed without me noticing when Fetch adjusted the watering uplifts a while ago (for those that don't remember - and why would you be as sad as I am in the respect - flower values used to increase in three steps whereas they now increase two points at a time)

That might be right - I had it in mind that a flower would expire after 2 weeks without being watered, but perhaps yes, it's 4. The game guide seems to suggest that too.
