But if they're your own bugs (red with yellow head) they cost you points, get them squished quickly.

I made a mistake, I transferred my virtual Zwift ride in London to Fetch. It cost me more in penalties than if I'd just accepted my home bug penalties. Won't be doing that again!

SS - it depends whether it's one of your bugs which has been infected (red with a yellow head), or someone else's (all yellow)
If it's yours, squish it as quick as you can - the penalty is bigger If it's someone else's, earn more points by reinfecting it, as Bob! says

My plans for mopping up the 3 bugs I have for the bonus this evening have gone to pot as two of my bugs are definitely accessible but only in daylight so will have to wait until the weekend

That's frustrating 😕 I doubt I would go near my bug on my club run this evening so took a longer walk to town to squish it, had to do the samexam yesterday as it was rest day.

I was actually given a headtorch (just an Aldi one) at Christmas that I haven't used yet so no idea how good it is. Might give it a go to attempt to get one of the bugs but the other is on an unlit, country road with no pavements that's not great in the daylight so even with a headtorch I wouldn't safe going there at night

Just did a 10k around London town and ended up with -1 points: over 400 gone in traffic lights!
*sigh*

Windsor Wool - I have considered it but just wonder whether it's in the spirit of the game. I have run on that road before, although only to collect bugs and only in good visibility, so not sure that it's right to mark it as inaccessible.
It's definitely not a road I would pick to run on normally but is that a good enough reason to mark it as inaccessible?
