Someone elses bug has moved into my house. Can't get moving for it, what with the Christmas tree and a big bug.

I have planned my route for today in the hope that I might get some bug squishing done, I had been wondering why my score never seemed to get into positive numbers then found that I had not been leaving my circle when I thought I had :( have now moved my home location slightly so I no longer have to finish my runs by crossing a motorway, hopefully now more bug squishing and less chances of me being the one to get squished

Bug squishing as regularly as possible is my preferred strategy, Mummysaaurus. Gets me out the door as an added incetive to running. Hope the change works well for you.

Last night I managed to squish all my infected bugs - there are still a few uninfected ones, but they were mainly in places I'd only run in daylight, so I'll try to get them when I'm off work next week.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
All my bugs have been squished today thanks to Jigs working out a route and then taking me round :-)

Barbara the Rev-Nosed Reindeer
I am planning a concerted campaign starting Monday to get me back to bug-freeness, and to keep it there by walking on the days when I don't run.

I have a solution to the two traffic light problem. There is another route from the house, but if that isn't convenient for where I want to go, I can always.... ahem.... not start my Garmin till I've been walking a few minutes....

You could even drive and start your run from a different place, like outside your circle and run in maybe.

I'm hit my all time high of 8,020 but over 4,000 was traffic light fees from unsuspecting central London runners in their lunch hours :)
