I’m starting week 3 is the 8 week Blood Sugar Diet. It works well for me - big weight loss in a short space of time and no cravings. I’ve even given up sugar in my cup of tea this week!

Day 2 achieved - even down to the fact that a bread I usually eat half of when eating pasta I cut to half again and syned the 2 slices (9.5) - quite a lot for an accompaniment, today I used all my 15 allowed syns.

Do any of you take into account the exercise you do and the calories you burn so you can add some of them back into your day - I never do

I don't but I tend to eat more carbs on a running day, or sometimes might have an extra HeB

Another small movement in the right direction for me, -1.5lb off this week :)

how are we all doing folks?

GM, is the -3.5 on the sheet another great loss for this week or was it an old entry?
