Hi, can I jump back in here. Been avoiding the scales for a few weeks.
I do have a day out tomorrow celebrating friends 50th which will involve food and drink, so starting again, again on Monday

Very up-and-down week for food but it beats the huge overeating of the previous week. Er, previous four actually! I haven't got on the scales though.
