Thank you I am pleased that I managed to lose anything as it has been a very busy week and I went out for a meal on Thursday. I have to say thank you to whoever mentioned My Fitness Pal as, faff as it is to log everything, it does make it easy to keep a track and work out if you can squeeze in a pack of Aldi Teddy Faces (their pombear equivalent) of an evening.

Was doing all right this week until yesterday and today. I shall be doing my usual start-again-on-Monday. I don't know what I weigh because I daren't get on the scales after the last two weeks of gains
