I was 0.3lbs off goal weight last week Now on holiday in the lakes and will be needing to lose more than 0.3lbs at the next weigh in |

hello FFFers. In the spirit of paying things forward... Last month I took Tiggia up on her offer to join these people for a month FOC rebelfit.co.uk I'm planning to sign up for a different challenge next month and they have an offer on today, where if I sign up I can get a free pass for a friend (I have to sign you up at the same time). It's horrid isn't it when you get to that stage. Thankfully this 8 week programme I am doing has stopped me going off the rails and comfort eating this week. Really struggling today but determined. Perhaps it's the thought of having to be weighed on Saturday!
