Oops, that should be 2.6lbs down this week, I don't think the spreaddie was cleared from last week. I'll happily hand over the FFF crown to a more deserving person :-) But thank you!

Still a good loss Cuddy :)

Right, I am beginning again tomorrow. Overate again today and now feel very uncomfortably full. Will I never learn?

I'm trying a new sweep too... last week was awful - but instead of being emotional about it I am trying to be practical - the half on 7th wiped me out - so I ended up "resting" for 3 days (Thur, Fri and Sat) and ate the bloody world! I put it all down to a mix of the half and also I just had my "Jab" (Some of you wont know what that means soz - I have the hormonal injection as birth control - every 3 months - so I honestly think in that run up to jab time the old hormone dip adds to the tired and craving sugar and fat)

Anyhow.. not weighing this week as too negative - instead trying to have a clean week - and getting the new clothes I brought before Christmas out on display to remind me to crack on!

Great work you loosers :-)

Down! surprisingly as I was really bad last week, but I think yesterdays 20 miler is responsible.

Sensibleness planned for this week.

I used to have that jab. All folks are different but not being on it made a HUGE difference to me.I don't suffer lethargy or depression and mre. I'm much more positive. Much less sugar and fat cravings. That's just my experience of course...

back on the wagon today -counting the calories even if what makes them up isn't exactly healthy. Half term is usually good for me, but husband has a few days off too and keeps buying crap :( -and I can't say no as he thinks he's "treating" me

Rosehip, is it feels too jarring to tell your husband not to buy the less healthy stuff, could you make the effort to stock up on healthy stuff you like? Focus on the healthy stuff you can enjoy rather than the thought of restriction. And the different shopping list is bound to create conversation where you can slip in that you'd really like to eat healthier foods to drop a few pounds.
