FERC. *snigger*.
LERC (Long Eaton) has about 150-200 registered members. I'm sure there are bigger clubs - anyone care to trump that?

There are several local clubs (by local i meant within a 30 minute drive which sin't too unreasonable) but due to shift work and other non work commitments i'd probably make 1 or 2 local club sessions a month at best.

fitzer - the idea is that anyone can join FERC, but as a club one of our "things what we do", is try to help people find real running clubs near them. So it's like a stepping stone thing. Of course, for some people, it may well be impossible to join a local club, and of course that's understandable.

The uptake for this could be huge, especially once word gets around RW's site as well

LOL. Well, we're up to 25 members of the FERC group, so that's half an FLM place already.
