FetchEveryone London 1 Mile Challenge

So as long as you expect similar times you'll be out together. By the way, guys, the Jocks did their Challenge yesterday, and they did a 5K relay after the mile - in 200m legs. We would have enough people to have 2 teams for a 25x200m (5K) relay race. That could be fun... Thoughts?

Blister Dec 2007 11:47am, 3 Dec 2007 3,421 posts	0 Blister We did this at our club once - first with a team of 4 and managed about 13:40 then with 7 of us and managed 13:07 by running 3-4 x 200m each, it was great fun.
