I'm at Longleat, no Lions, and even more thankfully no Ben Fogel either . Thanks for the route Richmac, amazingly it goes past my flat from 20+ years ago, Gloucestershire. It is also possible I will be able to actually run/hike a section of it for real when it gets up here...

The wee beastie leads the run/walk, with four people now through the second checkpoint at Glastonbury Tor. In the bike, it's HowFar? leading the pack, and closing in on the third(!!) checkpoint at Fredericksburg. Eight riders have made it through CP2 at Baltimore, and 31 have cleared CP1 at Philly. In the swim, it's anyone's title, so long as your name is Janecp - she's through the first checkpoint already, with nearly double the distance of the second place swimmer. Check that lady for an outboard motor! And a special mention for my lovely KatieB in fourth place. You've got this xx Have fun everyone! I'm off for a run in a bit, and hoping to land somewhere interesting
