Apropos of absolutely nothing - I still love mint matchmakers, but I have now found a source of mint chocolate here (Aldi, of all places), so while I will definitely be delighted by any mint chocolate based gifts, they're not quite as rare and wonderful to me as they were last year.

I love Aldi chilli chocolate. Not that I eat the stuff very often!

I love anything from Hotel Chocolat... it's the shop I can't walk past so I now just have to avoid going within about 5 miles of any branch of it.

Can you still get orange matchmakers? I find the mint ones too strong, but am not really a fan of mint chocolate anyway. I don't think I've ever had chilli choc

Not keen on mint choc, cant stand choc organe but chilli chocolate is very nice. Lindt chocolate is the one chocolate I can't resist so try to steer clear

Last time I was in Aldi I picked up a load of different chocolates - mint, chilli, caramel sea salt, and orange and almond. The chilli could be chillier, IMHO, and I dislike the addition of almond to the orange, but the salted Caramel is just right, as is the mint.

Gosh I’d forgotten about matchmakers can’t remember last time I had those!
I do like chocolate but I don’t like anything in my chocolate (although I make an exception for smarties) my favourite I get in France i call it elephant chocolate I think it’s Côte d’Or. My husbands brother lives over there so brings me some when I run out.

I love mint chocolate, and mostly any chocolate!
I do not avoid chocolate, I try not to overdo it but it would take some of the the pleasure out of life if I avoided it!

I was very impressed to see in Whittards yesterday, they have a huge range of flavoured hot chocolates, most of which are vegan so suitable for Dairy avoiders like me... we sampled one and it was beautiful, they are currently doing 2 tubs for £12... I had to resist buying them all! The peanut butter and Turkish delight flavours looked particularly good!
