I didn't know you taught art Purps. I'd struggle to create anything from scratch (imagination) but enjoy things with a pattern- embroidery, cross stitch, knitting etc .

Ohh I didn’t know that neither. I’ve just started to draw a bit again I have been going to watercolour classes (just a couple of times) and love it. I’m trying to develop my drawing skills I bought some books to try to teach myself but never find time to just sit a doodle.

I am a TA in a year 4 class, but I do the art lesson in there as I really enjoy it and will happily get stuck in. It's my Monday morning pick up. I seem to be able to get most, if not all, the children to enjoy it. I've got no space at the moment at home to paint, I may do some drawing with my coloured pencils. I have numerous different types of art and crafting supplies. Painting, drawing, sewing, clothes making, crochet, not very good knitting, previously pottery. I kind of dabble in lots. I enjoy it. And I'm able to bring that to the children in my class. A couple of my class projects and a couple of home projects.

I'm getting more confident in showing off my work now too, which is good. I am quite self critical, but I can see how I've improved and will accept the compliments if given.

I love the Mondrian-style one. And the internal organs is inspired! So imaginative

Wow they are all amazing but I’m particularly loving the drawings the detail is fabulous.
These were my paintings I’ve done my friend teaches the class she gives us the outline of the picture and we paint them I’m dying to be brave enough to do a drawing and then paint it. Maybe I’ll do it soon
