I don't drink at all. I used to, but found that migraines come even after a small amount of alcohol. There have been times recently when I would have loved to have had a drink!

If I suffered following drinking I would give up too but I can probably count on one hand the amount of hangovers I’ve had in my lifetime. The worst I get is tired and that’s normally because it was a late night.

I don’t drink either. Well a beer very occasionally but I’m a total lightweight and one is enough.

I have several bottles of beer which have been sitting around waiting to be drunk for months. Drinking alcohol in the evening often results in a worse night’s sleep than usual for me, even if I’ve just had one beer of a glass of wine. I’m much more inclined to have a drink at lunchtime if I’m going to have something alcoholic.

I can no longer drink wine but I can still drink beer.... which is just as well given that I am the presenter of a podcast about it

I’m the opposite I think a wine calms my mind for zooming all over when I go to bed.

Yes, I really enjoy a glass or two of wine. I don't like soft drinks in general, as they're mainly too sweet. I'd rather have water than a fizzy soft drink.
