Yip am Scotland, think it was same offer on clubcard back in October when I got them. Am very tempted to go back for more. Was advocaat the Baileys of its day? Not sure - do grannies and aunties offer a wee baileys to the 'weans' as mine did Snowballs back in the 70s?

Baileys on ice cream. You could probably fancy up a dessert with maybe Baileys, ice cream, amaretti biscuits, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Though I think that the Sainsbury's TTD version is better, and the Aldi as good and much cheaper.

^^ Sounds like a corrieri's special Coppa Crema irlandese. I think some of the cheaper versions have wine and shorter shelf life (not that that's an issue)

Just after I posted, I thought of a sprinkle of Horlicks on top, a la one of Corri's sundaes 🍨

I remember as a child having snowballs at Christmas 😁
I always bought a bottle of Aldi’s extra special Irish Cream because it was so like Baileys. I have heard though that this year they have changed the recipe and it isn’t as nice. Reports of very vanilla taste and sweeter. If anyone has a bottle maybe they can let me know what they think.

Snowball on Christmas morning is a tradition. With a glacé cherry on a cocktail stick.

I used to quite like Sheridan's- I didn't realise it was still available. Not a fan of Baileys at all, even before I stopped drinking.
