Nice session in the gym - running & weights followed by a dip in the sauna & hot tub then meal for one in my room. Downloaded the sample of Eat That Frog in an aim to learn to focus on my studying. Tonight I did some work work when I'm sure I planned study time. So santa can I please have some devotion to focusing abilities. Thank you.

Geordiegirl - if you find the solution to anti-proctastination I'll pay for the knowledge! I am so easily distracted it's worrying (I'm on here for starters!)

Saw some wellie socks in another shop they even did kids ones, think they'll be going on my shopping list. Hope Santas listening Scribbler, how's your ankle?
