*waves* I'm here and a member of the running club that uses the track for free at Wyndley.
I'll see what I can find out about private bookings and prices. I've seen the track booked out by companies such as Fitness First, but suspect it would be quite expensive. I imagine we'd be able to turn up on the day.
If you give me some idea of dates I can call in at Wyndley to see if the track is available

I was thinking either early September or Early October on a Saturday in the middle of the day so folk can parkrun first and/or travel.

Just a thought really. It may be a bit south for some but is technically the west Midlands. There's a track in Worcester used by Worcester AC, it is right next to where the parkrun is held.

We'll see if we get numbers and then I'll check a few of the local tracks for prices and we can come to a collective decision.

Sounds good. Although Worcester would be too far for me. Sutton Coldfield would be OK. There is a track in Nuneaton but I think that'd be a bit out if the way for most.
