It was good fun - some of the more excellent runners were very kind to pace us newbies/slower ones round too
John66 Jul 2011 8:27pm, 25 Jul 2011 20,241 posts	0 John66 Spot on rosie b There are about 3 or 4 races. 3 adult races, the fast ones first and then they can help pace the slower ones in the 2nd and 3rd races. Then there's a kids race. Last time we had 4 kids all doing a mile. That was impressive. Then there's a 100m race and a 4x200 relay. That's my fave. Then cake and/or ice cream. Then pub.

I'll run the possibility of the family coming up for this with OH see if she fancies it, my son would love to beat me in a mile race so he'll probably come along
