But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

In other news, I won't be running as I'm crocked (seems permanent but probably isn't) and kids won't be coming as they're at a cousins party. Will go for a cheeky beer though.

Are we at the point of stating our expected times yet? I have a cheeky reason for asking this as I'm going to hopefully be somewhere around 6 minutes but I'd love to be in a race with a few faster peeps so they can drag me around ;)

I will be there but I won't be racing cos I have a marathon the next day and I think trying to kill myself over a mile the day before might not be the best idea ...

Son1 has yet again threatened to come along but I'm betting he'll find something else to do instead.
