I have taken the hint from MissC and removed myself from the list too.
Once again life gets in the way

Just a quick question...I ran the time before last but have forgotten - are we in lanes then moving in after the bend or just going into lane 1 straight away?

It's as rubbish as a rubbish thing.
If I can convince life to move over then I'll be there but it was best to take myself off the list. Will do my best!

If I do make it then I'm unlikely to be running very close to curly45 as she ha s a very impressive mile PB of 6.16.
I have no idea about lane etiquette. It would be a case of pointing me in the right direction and yelling "run, ya Bint, run!"

Curly, it's usually a bit of a free for all, just stick yourself in lane 1 for the best start if you want to. Doubt many of us are that fussed!

Carrot - If you can get to Paddington then the 36 or 436 takes you to Victoria and its 1.5 miles from there - perfect warm-up distance
Cool thanks Naomi - I couldnt remember any etiquette from last time, but wasnt sure if I was going mad! Since I missed my last race due to illness this will be my only one before October i think so I will dig out the spikes and attempt to look serious
