Where are you off to next?

What a stormy night here, glad we were in the van. I hope our 2 friends in tents were OK, that was the wildest night I've ever spent at a campsite!

It was really wild here too - not much sleep.

Bikes went over in the night with a bit of damage to OH's. Surprised that's all

We are heading to Ayrshire today for 4 nights.

Oh no, sorry to hear there was damage.

We are thinking we'll move our annual trip to Skye to earlier in September as we had a storm last year as well.

My pal was there last week and said the area around the Fairy Pools was a joke with vehicles everywhere.

Ronnie it's not that busy here in Broadford and we didn't see many folk up Sgùrr nan Gillean and Am Basteir on Saturday even though it was a stunning day. Yesterday was minging though and we went to Portree and every eating place was rammed. Didn't help that half the places were shut as it was Sunday.

There were no cars at the fairy pools when we went past but it was very early in the morning. The roads have been quiet.
