J2R 12 May 3:39pm, 12 May 2024 5,214 posts	0 J2R Did a 10 mile race in the Norfolk countryside today and every year I hear lots of whitethroats on the route. Today was no exception, loads of them out there, in the hawthorn hedgerows. Quite a few willow warblers as well, and 3 or 4 yellowhammers.
