Pair of Reed Bunting just popped up on the feeders. There plenty in the locality but I don't recall them using my feeders before.

'Our' blackcap joined the dunnocks singing in the garden this morning. Two sand martin reported today nearby (not by me). Spring on it's way?

Fragile Do Not Bend
Some of our birds definitely think so. Starlings are nest building under the eaves (😡 as they make a mess) and anything up to 5 male blackbirds on our lawn chasing each other around.

Female Blackcap at fat ball feeder in garden. Not very Springlike down here, still chilly and only the usual late winter songsters. Chief hafts within the next week I would think.

Yes, certainly springlike out there in the sun for my morning run. Great spotted woodpecker drumming away, and a twittering flock of redpolls in some alder trees. One came down to about 6 feet away from me - quite charming!
