I just stick them all on my watch. At least they were on the old one - reminds me I need to stick them on the new one.

I shall have to ask a teen to see if that will work with my watch ;)

I just clicked the "where am I?" button(or whatever it's called)on the OS app on my phone to check I was where I thought I was every so often - I still don't trust my map reading, even though I seem to be a bit better at it than I thought I was

Kentmere Horseshoe was glorious today, makes such a difference when you’re able to do some of the more popular routes during the week when it’s nice and quiet

I only had time for a short hike this morning, so I went up as far as High Sweden Bridge. I wanted to get a picture of the bridge itself (just as I'd done the last time I was up there, pre-Easter 2018) but, unfortunately, some sunbathing teens had gotten there first, and here's all I have to offer as photo evidence.

Blue skies ...wow. I bet kentmere was gorgeous. Did you park in Kentmere itself? That always worries me. I think there are only about six parking spots....

Yes parked in Kentmere itself at the institute £3 donation requested for the day, we got there about 8.45am and we weren’t the 1st car there , on our return it was full , there is also a field in the village a farmer opens up but I think only at weekends ... so basically get there early , we did it as a run/walk so passed the other car full of walkers pretty early on then had the route to ourselves pretty much all day 👍

Plenty of parking by the bridge Longsleddale (sp) and it's free.
