Shortcut Cam
Well done to everyone.
Last July I wrote "the last day round was a damp squib after positive results post-lockdown. Here’s to next year. Need to find better advice than that available at fantasy Premier League tips and Fantasy Football Fix."
Today was another day of what if's. I've also spent too much time on Youtube particularly Fantasy Football Hub but it's been useful to see how the top 1000 play. This is my best season by far and I'm really proud that I've gone through the season with no Man City or Liverpool players.
Here's to next year and hopefully the Fetch league grows.

I'll join next year, 2325 for this season gave me 2nd in a mini league of local runners, but topping the head to head version.
Some cheap points dropped (including missing a few too many transfer deadlines - including the week when there was only about 6 teams playing) 😠

I was going nice and steadily through the opening 2/3 of the season. I resolved not to take any hits, not to use chips in a rash way and I hadn't. I was top of this league and a couple of others I'm in. At one point I was as high as 16k OR.
I'd got Soucek in early and was profiting nicely. Then I benched him 2 weeks in a row when he scored in the teens. I was so pissed off it changed my complete mindset: I got more aggressive, took hits, flashed chips, fell down the OR to 180k and well off the top of all the leagues I'm in.
PATIENCE!!

I'm happy - 442k is my first top-500k finish in the five years I've been doing this. 
Still too many FOMO transfers in mid season and I definitely should have saved my Bench Boost for DGW36!

Worst ever result and I’ve had a team since 2006. Although to be fair I wasn’t exactly active. When I checked yesterday I still had Mitrovic as captain...
