A slow and steady 38:34 for me this week. Not displeased with that, as I've been felled by a swine of a (non-Covid) cold'n'cough this week.

Happy to have beaten 26 minutes for the first time in a while. Almost perfect conditions, just a little headwind going towards the Point, and a great way to run off the worries I've been having lately.

Crikey jabberknit, your made of strong stuff, going running with a stinking cold. Well done. I'd have been under the duvet with a pint of Lemsip on the bedside table.

I have had to admit defeat and miss this week's fakey. Have been unwell. Don't remember the last time I didn't run at least once in a week. Hope to be half fit this weekend and will start again. I think this is my first missed fake parkrun too

Despite being curator of the thread, I've missed loads of fakes! Currently on the injury bench but hopeful of being fit for a 4 mile race this Sunday.

Hello, All! A quite brisk 33:42 for me today. All running rather than run-walking, apart from a couple of road crossings and the top end of a long hill that my legs refused to keep going up.
