29.34 for my fake parkrun this morning. It was pretty treacherous out there, but I managed to stay upright.

I was chuffed with 36:43, especially as it was a bit slippy in places. Bitterly cold though, I'm now wrapped in a blanket trying to warm up!

Well done to all for getting out of the door, and also for staying upright on the iciness.

38:05 for me, pleased with that (especially after last week's tailwalking 57:15). Hard work though, I've got so unfit after a few weeks off running spent mainly overeating.

I'm going to do mine tomorrow. Didn't want to run today after having a flu jab yesterday, but I'm sure I'll be raring to go tomorrow to run off the effects of the beer I've consumed tonight...

managed a family walk in the ice through a forest yesterday - superslow tailwalk (1hr19min) - it was fun. One day I'll manage a run again, for now walking is fine.
