39:47 - that's nearly 2 minutes faster than last week and 2 minutes slower than last month. I was expecting wind and rain so put on my jacket and it was dry and relatively mild so I was a bit overdressed. I really enjoyed today's run :)

Damp, grey and drizzly for me today on very reluctant legs, 38:36. As soon as I got home, the sun came out!

28.50 for my fake parkrun this afternoon. I seemed to spend the first half of the run trying to avoid huge puddles. Alas, when a b*****d car driver gave me a good soaking by driving through a huge sheet of water, I knuckled down & just splashed through any water in my way.

25:47 today. Very happy with that. Started slow then kicked into a 'run as fast as I can' mindset. Really blew the cobwebs away.

Beautiful morning for it, sunny, cold but no frost. Ran it with a benchmark time of 36.20 so heading in the right direction.
