I'm out...tempo 5x2k has done for me..and staggered it badly, by starting at 10 to 12, and finishing at 10 past 1..so only 1 F'lap claimed. Good luck to those still in. !!

Fifth one done. A struggle as I still had my stretchy rain underlayer, so I got too hot; and the wind got up so it was hard work. Left hammie tight. But I’ve had a change of clothes and ready to go.

Some pictures so far...

F'lap 1. 5k Run/walk in the woods with Poppy. Baaaad route choice. There is a path in there somewhere!



F'lap 2. Dash round the estate cos driving back from woods took too long! A19 was busy.
1 mile, no pics.

F'lap 3. 1 mile back from buying dog food.



Got held up at the level crossing!



Be off out for No.4 in a mo. Full of cheesy beans on toast... blurgh.

I thought it'd be good to have a thread for discussing F'Laps 2024 (Date 6th July 2024). Follow this thread if interested.

The Rules
1) You must run or walk your chosen distance (a choice of 4.167 miles, 5k, 2 miles or 1 mile) within each hour e.g. 9-9.59am, 10-10.59am, 11-11.59am.
2) Each participant must visit Fetch and hit the "Completed it mate!" link before the hour ends: fetcheveryone.com/flaps-checkin.php
3) If you're finding it too much, you can drop down to a shorter distance, or tap out.
4) The winner is the last person standing in each distance category.
5) You can participate on your own, or get together with other Fetchies.
