OK PT session done woop he found stuff I could still do that still hurt lots too lol. I have a surprisingly weak right leg tho which is quite telling with some of the 'problems and injuries' I have/get. Hoping this will in time help correct/stabilize it

Wobbling
I'm doing my tax return
I cycled this morning and did spinning yesterday, plus Body Pump. My legs are demanding a rest.
I've had a shower, if I ran, I'd need another one, which would be wasteful.
