On my way to a 5k race this evening, took me up and over the moors between Yorks & Lancs. Got half way there and was stopped by a police car. I didn't have my passport with me but apparently that wasn't the problem. There was a big moorland fire and smoke was crossing over the roads so no way through

Wobbling
Most recently - I can't breathe. Also often employed: it's school kicking out time, I won't be able to move on the pavements from this end of town to the other. This excuse can be employed anytime between 2:45 and 4:15. Can't run after 4:15 as that's when I make tea.

every holiday i pack my running kit and almost every time it returns unused. A hangover, its too hot, i got sunburn on my foot....

I've just washed my hair and if I run I will get all sweaty again and have to redo it so I will have to run tomorrow instead.
I'm too fat
I'm too unfit
I don't feel well
I don't have a clean sports bra
It's too late
It's too hot
It's too cold
I don't want to/feel like it
I'm really tired and need to rest as I didn't get enough sleep last night
Oh sorry I have just ate a big meal I couldn't possibly run for another 2 hours then it will be too late/dark
I cba'd
The kids will have just been chucked out of school
It's rush hour on our local cycle path (nightmare of bikes,runners,dog walkers, commuters/school kids and train spotters (live near a steam railway line)
Garmin is out of charge
I'm sure there's more but I can't remember atm
