From the programme it seems McLaughlin-Levrone will be running 7 mins before the live on TV portion starts.

Can't see it happening, but if she set a WR in that exhibition race and it was missed from the live broadcast that would be quite embarrassing!!

NBC are showing it apparently (they are starting 10 mins earlier) and the DL channel is broadcasting live in some territories so there will definitely be video of the race. The US record may go. It will be interesting to see how the DL race goes a few minutes later.

So no national record but that race wasn't much competition as expected given the best will be in the main event. I expect the Pauline to be faster by a decent amount probably.
