What a wonderful day. Fantastic conditions today, obviously, although still very high humidity and rising temperatures. The synchronicity of the best runner on the perfect day still leaves room for improvement. I hope this guy doesn’t break my heart.

14:21 5k back to back 8 and a bit times. There's only 12 names on the UK all time parkrun results that have run faster than that.
