I also filled in my census form.
A hopeless newt was trying to make sense of the various cards and gadgets and PIN numbers associated with the Business Account we have had to open as freeholders of the building. They arrived at the same time as my new personal debit card - all the same bank - so it's doubly confusing.
Final newt of the day for me was nipping up to the park for a training session. Did my drills on the basketball courts and then a recce involving strides to see where will be best for reps. Would have done reps today but realised I'm too tired to. make them worth it - and as the grass is actually flatter than the tarmac in some cases I will take my spikes up there tomorrow or Sat.

My Newt above!
I am a very long standing vegetarian, 30 odd years, but when I was at the market today, my body told me that, in stead of the restaurant heat at home meal I had planned to buy, vegetarian, the guy wasn't there, I should shop at the fish monger in stead and buy these giant king prawns!
I have scallops for tomorrow!
I used to LOVE seafood and I just started salivating seeing these!

I did a facetime cookery lesson with my auntie today, my uncle had cancer last year and I’ve made a curry and shared it with them. Last week she called and I was making my mammoth curry session she mentioned she was making a jalfrezi this week (jar sauce) I said I’ll send you a base sauce. Well she is a great cook but very traditional so she said I’ll never manage it.
She collected the base cause & all the spices and I talked her through it in FaceTime (while I cooked our completely different meal) what a hoot.
Message to say they both loved it & have a spare couple of portions for the freezer.
So my base sauces may not last as long as I’d planned
