Moon walks, other walks, runs, race entries, food choices, paddling and yoga have all been amazing. Also Mandymoo with her first 5k in 2 years (whoop whoop!), GM with hitting targets, and Hanneke logging a run for the first time in years and then gardening in running kit! However the winner for me has to be Kirsty with her seal in the Thames! Thanks EvilP for the nomination from yesterday, picking has been my Newt today. I'll run past the Highland coos again next week and try to get some more pictures to share!

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
