Johnny Fling is (incorrectly) convinced I have a crush on Jez Bragg for reasons I don't understand, but Skye is a new one on me. Although there may have been odd occasions where I've been rather pleasantly distracted by the view... but then "public and inappropriate" would not apply I hope!

I'm racking up the miles, that's the main thing in my book. I never run to a plan, don't laugh, I'm too old for all that. Put your plimsolls on & head out the door & enjoy yourself. Congratulations on the marathon, well done. By the way, what is your race number & mr shanksi's? Mrs 12bar & I are going to stroll down to the park on the Friday & wave all the runners off.
