We scored 180+ in our 18 overs, and the opposition were 50 odd for 6 in the 15th at about 8:40 and it was getting murky. Quick single taken and the stumps thrown down at the bowlers end, (league) umpire gives batsman out. As batsman trudges back to pavilion, umpire turns to bowler "he was in but I've had enough of this"...

On Saturday just gone (20 May) by the time the game finished and I'd driven home it was 20:45. All for what was originally due to be a 45 overs game. Due a few showers it ended up as 35 overs each.
