Not anymore. Unless we have a serious tailwag, the Aussies will be free to bat aggressively and set us a target with a day or more to bowl us out - weather notwithstanding.

I definitely wouldn't enforce the follow-on if I were them if they get it.

I would if I were them as their bowlers will be relatively fresh and rain is forecast on Monday, however, they being them probably won't. If you see what I mean.

Draw is no use to Australia - it means they can't win the ashes. If England avoid the follow-on, I'd expect a fairly aggressive declaration that leaves England in with a chance of winning, in the hope that a run chase by England is more likely to produce quick wickets than a target that is out of reach. And I'd definitely expect them to enforce the follow-on if they get England out before lunch tomorrow.

Good morning, Ceratonia, good morning everyone!
I think an aggressive declaration is very likely; I really can't see England failing to save the follow-on on a pitch which has seen 14 wickets in three days.

My dear old thing, I certainly hope so, it would make for an exciting end to a potential bore draw. I can see a number 17 bus trundling calmly along School Road as a rather plump, lazy looking pigeon settles in my front garden for a rest.

Rain, England's 12th man imo, is forecast after lunch until evening. Going to feature strongly in the outcome.
