Now we need to do what the Australians did! Massive rethink right from the top down. We cannot go any lower than we are now so Moores (failure first time round) Downton and all of the management need to be seriously evaluated. Then move on to the players. Morgan, set good fields in this game but been hopeless with the bat, there needs to be a structured rebuild!

Hales (opening) Butler (up the order), Taylor, Root, Woakes (who I think has actually done OK), probably Ali, Finn (hopefully a clear out of the management will help his confidence, and he is our only true strike bowler), probably Morgan (if he can find form he is a match winner).
Seem a little short...

Agree with the above. Except Morgan needs to get serious runs to get another game though. We need some new bowlers, the faster the better. And to pick a full-time spinner if we have one. Can't believe Tredders would have been any worse than the filth we've seen here - he's always been reliable in the England shirt.
I think flexibility is the name of the game. Australia/NZ will alter their batting order and powerplay calls to put maximum pressure on the opponents. Also, pick ODI players who excel at ODI cricket. Seems kind of obvious to me...
