India are better in every dept, I called it back in Feb - they are going to be the 80’s Windies/90’s Australia of this decade. We should up a better fight than we will, but I think at best we could move the dial from ‘humiliated’ to ‘well beaten’ over the series.

Kohli is probably the only player that may have been a contender for either team but would have meant dropping a good player. The Windies might have found a space for Ashwin.

Border’s 89 Australians were the ‘worst tourists ever’ until they kicked the shit out of us, and then everyone else for the next 10 years. Unknown players became some of the best ever. In fact this India series has more than a whiff of that 89 Ashes series…..
