Hameed, Leach, Bess, Overton won't be playing no matter what. I note that the recall of Moeen is a bit of a kick in the teeth for both Leach and Bess (again) - basically Root and Silverwood don't think either of them are good enough to play as a sole spinner - I think they think Bess isn't good enough a bowler and Leach can't bat, so neither is selectable unless it's turning square.
