Hendrick was the first player I remember being called "bucket hands" fielding at slip for England. Probably Jim Laker?

He's one of very few players over they years who's bowling action made my back hurt in sympathy. Stuart Broad when he was a younger man is the only recent one I can think of.

I saw Adams play. Nobody could believe he could actually land a single ball on a cut strip....not that they cut it up at Nottingham.
