Are England bowling too full* or is the pitch keeping low? I've hardly seen a Kiwi shot off the back foot yet but they're driving for fun? The speedo says high 80s for Stone/Broad/Wood but it intuitively looks slower than that.
*Or mystery third-option: are England hoping for late swing which isn't coming at the moment?

Burns was saying you couldn't time a shot off of the pitch, so I reckon they are pitching up and hoping the pitch does something pace-wise rather than swing per se.

Of the 16 I missed, Stewart I thought was too old, Roy, Ed Smith and McGrath so shit I had erased them from my memory. The rest one cap wonders I couldn't get in the time limit
