Mike Denness must have done more than 6 before sacking himself.
Has anyone listened to the well thought out History of Cricket podcast? I'd now get a lot of captains from the first 50 years of test cricket who I would not have remembered a few months ago.

The cricket Dad’s Army episode was good. The wardens lot had Fred Trueman as a ringer but he got crocked on his massive run up. Godfrey hit the winning runs.
