Hoorah! I think the peak was 2520 last year, not sure I could get to 3000 without doing some longer multiday rides.

Thanks

Wallman, the 1500 badge rarity index was 61 I think?
The 2000 badge is rarity index 1!

For more information, please re-read :-)

I've added two new lawn badges - one for 1500 zones, and the second for 2000 zones. I've awarded the former to the three people currently above 1500 - but if you've hit this threshold before, please send me feedback to claim the badge.

MsG the orange lawnmower(?) in the badge matches Bertie's colour. How apt! :-)

Mostly done by cycling. If I go bikepacking to the Elan Valley, different routes there and back, I rack up a lot of zones over the weekend!
Lost them all though 😩

Presumably walking really slowly round the South Pole would get you thousands of zones too?
I think it would only count as your lawn if you actually lived there though? (Or at least set your home zone as one of the ones you walked through?)

I don't really stay still and I've only achieved just over 1200 zones in 10 years or so. Those are impressive lawns however you get there.

2000 is essentially 7 uniquely new zones each and every day for a year.

Paul, exactly!
Even with plenty long rides and bike packing trips in my past, it was hard work to get to 1200ish!
Thing is, I cycle from home, so I had a 7 zone lawn surrounding my home zone in a pretty even block.
I also walk mainly from home, so in the end I had to purposefully drive to odd zones, get out of the car, short walk to bag a zone or two to fill gaps.
I didn't actually like doing that, so it won't happen again. I have a very short range right now, due to illness, so just checked that a route I am cycling in a moment can add a zone or two. It can if I do a little 100 metre out and back to include an extra zone. ☺️
