Because it is so hilly, there are big mountainy bits (not all that high but not easy to clamber over, especially in winter) in between many of the cul de sacs. The two larger loops on the north east of your map, McGoo, are trails but otherwise, the roads are all paved and they are extremely well serviced with snow-clearning in the winter. There are no roads OUT of town though. You have to fly, boat or ski.
