Even that needs a lot of long runs covering new ground each time. Lovely 18 mile run today on quiet Welsh lanes west of Ross. Garnered 21 zones of which 17 were new & took control of 19 including a previously undiscovered one. Brings my lawn up to 697. Going out again for a slow plod with a mate shortly which should tip it over 700 😎

Hanneke Aug 2021 4:24pm, 22 Aug 2021 78,382 posts	0 Hanneke OK, cool! Having just logged a gentle road ride, my lawn has now increased by 20 odd zones and I think I have "stolen" some zones from FJ, so we are even! I have also discovered a fetchie must have a fetchpoint home area in Rockfield!

Checked notifications & spotted I’d lost control of 9 zones between Aber & Monmouth so figured you’d been out on the bike again Hanneke 😆 My 9M run only contributed 2 new zones so I’m on 699 for my lawn. I’ve only 4 days left til I start losing zones too so doubt I’ll make the 1,000 🤣

I’m sorry to lose her local challenge leaving me just two local nemeses remaining. Also I solved my lawn shrinkage - Od carelessly clicked on a random zone on Mull in June making it my home zone & trimming my lawn down to 109 zones. It’s now grown back up to a more healthy 754 after correcting that user error.
